Nanny Rate
For one to two children, nannies are paid directly by the client at a rate of $30 per hour, payable at the end of each shift. For three to four children, the rate increases to $34 per hour, also payable directly by the client at the end of each shift.

Agency Rate
We strive to maintain a balance between providing quality services and accommodating the financial realities of our location. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to offering the best care and assistance.
For our services, there is an additional charge of $16/hour. Additionally, we have a one-time booking fee of $70, which covers administrative and logistical expenses required to set up your arrangement.

Child Care for larger groups
Two sitters are required for groups of 5 or more children, and the rate per sitter is $34/hour. Agency costs will apply to each sitter individually. Should the clients determine that they don't need two nannies, an additional charge of $6 per child will be added to the nanny's hourly rate.

Cancellation policy
If services are canceled less than 72 hours before the requested service, you will be charged a 4 hour minimum booking rate. If the booking extend over multiple days, the client is required to compensate at the minimum rate of 4 hours for each day the nanny was originally scheduled.

4-hour minimum booking
All bookings require a four-hour minimum. Hourly minimums cannot be broken up into parts. For example, if the nanny shows up as scheduled for a 4-hour shift or more, only works for one hour, and is immediately sent home as directed by the client, the nanny is owed 4 hours of work.

Last-minute care
If client needs childcare services with less than 24 hours prior notice, an additional fee will be applied for last-minute care.

Public holidays rates apply.

Processing fee
Please note that a 4% processing fee will be applied to the total charges made to the agency to cover transactional costs.
